Our Mission

Green Minds Building is a contracting business that specializes in environmentally friendly and energy efficient solutions for residential and commercial properties. Our goal is to offer cost effective ways for home owners to improve their homes energy efficiency and comfort. With the fight against climate change and Ottawa’s 2030 net zero construction goals, we all want to live in a more environmentally conscious manner but find ourselves limited by the constraints of their current homes and budget. Green Minds aims to assist in this mission by providing cost effective retrofit options such as insulation, air sealing and other efficiency upgrades. We take a science based approach to energy conservation by utilizing home energy audits, thermal imagery and energy modeling software. We believe living in eco-friendly should be practical and this is the way to go about it.
